Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga Classes
Vinyasa– to place with awareness.
Hatha Yoga is gentle, basic classes with no flow between poses. A hatha class will be a slow-paced stretching class with some simple breathing exercises and seated meditation. This is a good place to learn beginners’ poses, relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with yoga.
Vinyasa Flow – YOU WILL SWEAT!!! This class involves a faster pace and heat. You will achieve the ultimate total mind/body workout in this class. The room is set to 90 degrees. Bring a towel and have a blast!
*Reservations for yoga classes are not required. Space is first come, first serve. Yoga classes are $12/class. Discount cards may also be purchased. 10 class card $100 with a 60 day expiration. Unlimited boot camp OR yoga $59/month. Unlimited boot camp AND yoga $99/month.
